Reddit AMA, ChiSeries Reading, and reviews of BBS

I’ll be participating in two events to help launch my new collection, BURNT BLACK SUNS. The first will be a Reddit AMA on June 15th. If there’s anything you’d like to know, perhaps this is the time. Sign-up for the Horror Lit Reddit now in preparation, then visit on the 15th to ask your question:

A few days later, on June 18th, I’ll be participating in ChiZine’s monthly ChiSeries in downtown Toronto. I’ll be reading a story not actually included in BBS, but I suspect the story will be more entertaining for the listener. I’ll even have a handful of books with me for purchase by the uninitiated. More details can be found here:

BURNT BLACK SUNS is already receiving some great reviews and word of mouth.

“Read and enjoy – if you can enjoy being scared and profoundly disturbed.” — TeleRead

“I can honestly say that it’s been a while since I’ve been this impressed by a weird fiction collection.” — Rising Shadows

“Burnt Black Suns is a landmark collection and is easily Simon’s strongest and most diverse.” — Richard Gavin
